    Savoy – Airport Pickup Instructions:

     

    Term 1
    Upon arrival please exit door B ( you can walk inside the terminal) and ask a commissioner at the booth on the RIGHT side outside the door to call Savoy Limo for you. A car will pull up in a couple of minutes. As there isn’t enough parking at the terminal all cars wait at the compound around the corner and come only when customers are there so you HAVE to speak with a commissioner otherwise the driver won’t be called in.

     

    Term 3
    Upon arrival please exit door E ( you can walk inside the terminal) and ask a commissioner at the booth to call Savoy Limo for you. A car will pull up in a couple of minutes. As there isn’t enough parking at the terminal all cars wait at the compound around the corner and come only when customers are there so you HAVE to speak with a commissioner otherwise the driver won’t be called in.

    If you cannot locate your driver, immediately call 1-416- 569- 4243 or 1-800-605-8460 and we will direct you to your vehicle. Failure to call our office will result in a no-show charge.

     

    Airport Wait Time:
    Savoy Limousine and Car Services provides up to 1 hour of free wait time on domestic and USA arrivals  and 1 1/4 hours on international arrivals.
    Wait time is charged in 1/4 hour increments equal to the hourly rate of the vehicle.
    There is a 15 minute Grace Period on all transfers (excluding Airport p/ups). If  the grace period is exceeded, wait time is charged in 1/2 hour increments equal to the Hourly Rate of vehicle.
    No-Show Policy: You will be considered a no-show at 30 minutes past p/up time. If you have not met your Chauffeur or contacted us by phone, you will be charged, in full for the order.
